Last week Tracey and her gorgeous little Argus came to visit me in the studio. The newborn session was a gift from Tracey’s Dad and makeup by Helen was also a gift as Tracey is Helen’s Step Daughter! Tracey had said there was no way she would be in any of the photos, she was not happy with the photos taken of her so far with Argus and was in no way going to have her professional photos include her.
I was as glad as her when she changed her mind. How wonderful to have these priceless images with your first born baby to cherish forever. Its hard being a new mum, you suddenly do not have the time to spend on your self and you certainly do not get as much sleep as you use to. And to be honest you do not care as much about yourself now as you have someone you see as so much more deserving of your time. So heres how it works. In the studio, I look after baby and photograph him, while you get pampered by Helen, just what every new mum needs! You would never guess by looking at these images that Tracey was just 8 days after delivering a baby via a C-Section. She looks beautiful and relaxed, and OH SO in LOVE with her new Baby.
