Hello,
Recently I had the opportunity to meet Wendy as she presented her workshop. Wendy wanted images that showed her in action as she presented her workshop, so I dropped in one afternoon back in March to capture them hard at work creating marketing strategies that were unique to their business. Here are a few of the images I captured, and as always if you scroll down you’ll get an introduction to Write Kite Marketing and Wendy’s motivation to create her workshops.

One day back in September 2002 my day started with an unusual number of new inquiries in my email inbox. Upon reading them I noticed that they were all from the US based people. At the time I was living in the UK. What was going on?
It turned out that my startup design furniture business had been featured in Metropolitan Magazine which is a New York based luxury and lifestyle magazine. Fantastic publicity but we only just launched in Europe and didn’t have US distribution in place.
Necessity is the mother of all invention and I quickly discovered the transformative power of the internet. In very short time, my fledging business became an eCommerce company that was shipping product around the world.
In 2002 the internet wasn’t the sophisticated tool it is today, but even then it opened opportunities for small businesses that would previously have only been accessible to well-known brands and eCommerce pioneers like Amazon (who in those days were an online bookstore who were only just starting to dabble in selling other product).
Given the ubiquitous role the internet now plays in our lives it seems a long time ago.
I love how the web has empowered both consumers and businesses. This is way coupled with an enthusiasm for growing businesses, in January 2012, I set up Brite Kite Marketing.
Since then I have been working with a select group of companies to help them make better use of digital channels to grow their business.
In 2017 I have begun running affordable workshops for small business owners who know they need to get active with digital marketing but don’t know how to get started. My lead generation workshop is a 2-day small group marketing workshop that will see you attract and win more of your ideal clients.
Unlike other marketing workshops, our event is a jargon free environment and will show you how to use tools and apps that won’t break the bank.
If you are interested in learning how I can help your business too, I would love to hear from you.
